This completely local salad will
be available from our kitchen,
but in case you want to make
some yourself we’ve included the recipe here.
14oz package of Tofu Shop tofu
1/2 Sprig finely minced fresh
1 Tablespoon chopped thyme
1 Cup cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1/2 Zucchini diced
1/4 Yellow squash
1/2 Purple bell pepper cut in to
Cube tofu and coat with 1-2
Tablespoons local Henry's Olive Oil and sprinkle herbs.
Bake at 375ºF for approx 8 mins
on parchment paper.
Careful to not over cook. Let cool.
Toss and coat thoroughly with
Wild Flower Farms Tofu Tahini Salad Dressing. Season with
Ted & Barney's to taste.
