Organic Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

(Made with Non-GMO and Gluten Free ingredients)

 

 1 ¾ Cup "Cup 4 Cup" Brand Gluten Free Flour

 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

 2 t. Organic Ground Cinnamon

 ¼  teaspoon Organic Ground Nutmeg

 ½  teaspoon Organic Ground Cloves

 ½ teaspoon Himalayan Salt

 2 Large Free Range Eggs

 ¾ Cup Organic Cane Sugar

 ½ Cup Organic Brown Sugar, Packed

 1 ½  Cup Organic Pumpkin Puree

 ½  Cup Organic Melted Coconut Oil

 ¼ Cup Organic Orange Juice

 1 ½ Cup Organic Dark Chocolate Chips

 

 

Mix Flour, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Salt Until Combined.

 

In A Separate Bowl, Whisk Eggs, Blend  Both Sugars With Eggs Until Combined.

 

Whisk Pumpkin, Oil And Orange Juice Into Egg/Sugar Mixture. Combine Wet Into Dry Ingredients, Mix.

 

There Will Be Lumps, Do Not Over Mix! Gently Fold In 1 Cup Chocolate Chips.

 

Pour into Paper Loaf Pan, Sprinkle Remaining Chocolate Chips Evenly Over Top Of Loaf. 

 

Bake In Oven On Low Fan At 325 Degrees For Approx.45 Mins.

 

Loaf Should Create A Crown When Fully Baked. Poke Center Of Loaf With Wooden Skewer, Its Done When Batter Does Not Stick To Skewer.
